As a planner in personal assistance, you will have an independent and varied job with tasks that vary from day to day. You are used to prioritizing, managing information, and creating structure. Job Responsibilities

The main tasks consist of staffing for acute and planned absences, being responsible for assistance compensation in Aiai, managing staffing with intermittent employees, and assisting with staff schedules. You will support the unit manager regarding administrative tasks. You are also a support in staffing issues for unit managers and employees.

Tools

You will work in Time Care Pool, Heroma, Aiai, and the Office Suite.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a high school education in care and social services, preferably supplemented with further training in business development, personnel planning, and economics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

You need to have solid experience in overall staffing planning, scheduling, administration, and recruitment. Since communication and documentation are part of your tasks, you need to have good computer skills and experience working in IT-based systems, as well as a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A driving license (B) is an advantage.

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and recognize and reward others' contributions. Furthermore, we see that you have the ability to plan and organize your work. You are also good at following instructions, procedures, legal requirements, and policies, as well as adhering to set timelines.

As a planner, you will work in functional support together with other colleagues and unit managers. Your workplace will be centrally located in Kristianstad with proximity to train and bus connections.

Functional support includes housing within LSS, daily activities, and personal assistance, as well as support for people with mental disabilities through housing support and housing within social psychiatry.

The care administration's operations are aimed at the elderly and people who need functional support, as well as those who require home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
